Differences between control cables and shielded cables

Control cable refers to the common transmission signal and control line of the cable, in the absence of special requirements, no shielding function. Shielded cable refers to the cable that can shield magnetic interference and plays the role of protection and transmission. It is generally represented by the letter "P". The difference between the two: the shielded cable can replace the control cable, but the control cable can not replace the shielded cable. The shielded cable is suitable for the place where the shielding function is required.

Shielded control cable model and letter meaning: RVVP copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed braided shielded flexible wire cable; RVVP2 copper core PVC insulation PVC sheathed copper tape shielded flexible wire cable; RVVP3 copper core PVC insulation PVC sheathed aluminum plastic composite with shielding flexible wire and cable; RVVP2-22 Copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed steel tape armored shielded wire and cable. Shielding cable related parameters: the rated AC voltage of the shielding cable is 3.6/6KV, the long-term working temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃, the small bending radius of the cable is 6 times the diameter of the cable, the cable shall not be exposed in the sun for a long time, the bottom line core of the cable shall be well grounded. KVV copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cable;

KVVP copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed braided shielding control cable; KVVRP copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed braided shielding control flexible cable; KVVP2 copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper tape shielded control cable; KVVP3 copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed aluminum-plastic composite with shielding control cable; KVVP-22 copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed braided shielded steel tape armoured control cable. Control cable related parameters: the rated AC voltage of the control cable is 450/750V, the long-term operating temperature of the conductor core is 70℃ and 95℃, and the cable laying temperature is not less than 0℃; The bending radius of the shielded flexible cable shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable. The control flexible cable can be used in the occasions where movement is required.
