Magnetic troubleshooting method for liquid level gauge of magnetic flip plate
Magnetic flap level meter is a kind of liquid level measuring instrument commonly used in tank farm. In the actual use process, sometimes the magnetic flap level meter will fail due to magnetic reasons. According to the summary of the technical personnel of our company, the magnetic flap level meter can be concluded by the stress situation of the float. That is, if the float is not held at the level switch it can rise with the level, either increasing buoyancy or decreasing gravity or magnetic attraction between the float and the level switch.
With regard to these two different treatment methods, if the buoyancy is increased, the volume of the float will inevitably increase and the gravity of the float will also increase, but the float is in the buoy, and the margin of volume increase is not large. By reducing gravity, the gravity center of the float may be moved upward, and the float is easy to turn sideways and collide with the buoy. After the float gravity center moves up, the magnetic steel center of the float may be inconsistent with the liquid level of the float, and the liquid level indicator of the magnetic flip plate may be different. How to reduce the magnetic attraction between the magnetic switch and the float, we give four options for you to choose:
(1) The first is to reduce the magnetism of the micro switch. The magnetic attraction between the float and the micro switch also decreases. When the float is rising or falling, the force of the float driving the micro switch becomes smaller, and the operation of the liquid level gauge of the magnetic flip plate is not affected.
(2) The second is to reduce the magnetism of the float, but it will lead to slow rotation, lag or no action of the flip plate. Because the flip board is driven by the magnetic attraction of the float, reduce the float magnetism, also reduce the magnetic attraction, easy to cause the flip board abnormal action.
(3) The third is to increase the distance between the float and the microswitch, because the magnetic attraction increases with the decrease of the distance between the magnetic substance, and the increase of the distance will also reduce the magnetic attraction of the float to the microswitch. Specifically, an iron sheet can be installed at the micro-switch of the buoy, and then a micro-switch can be installed after thickening to a certain extent, so that the magnetic attraction of the float can just drive the float and the gravity is not too large.
(4) z.u The latter solution is to increase the rotation Angle of the micro switch. Under the action of float magnetic force, the micro switch can rotate a certain Angle, but because the micro switch is limited by the limit column, the actual rotation Angle is very small. After the rotation Angle is increased, the micro switching magnetic column rises and rotates with the float to the limit column. If the force between the float and the micro switching magnetic column is small, then the float will not be subjected to the great force of the micro switch.
