I. Use of zirconia oxygen analyzer

YTZO series zirconia oxygen analyzer can quickly and correctly detect and analyze the content of flue gas produced by boiler, kiln, heating furnace and other combustion equipment in the combustion process, in order to achieve low oxygen combustion control, to achieve energy saving, reduce environmental pollution.

YTZO series zirconia oxygen analyzer has zirconia head (primary instrument) and oxygen transmitter (secondary instrument) two parts.

The YTZO zirconia probe housing is made of high temperature and corrosion resistant stainless steel material. The reference gas can convection itself without external gas. It is equipped with standard gas interface, which can be calibrated with standard gas during field operation. The probe zirconium tube can be easily removed and replaced.

YTZO oxygen transmitter has simple structure, standard installation size, reasonable line design, good process quality, stable and reliable instrument performance, convenient debugging.

YTZO series zirconia oxygen analyzer has been widely used in large and medium-sized power plants in China over the years because of its superior performance and price ratio.

How to select

The selection is mainly considered in the following aspects:

1. Converter

The converter is available in disk (HD-2D): hole size 75+2mm×150+2mm

Wall-mounted (HD-2C): Mounting size: 260mm×205mm×90mm

The display range of the converter is 0-20.6% or 0-10%.

The output is 4-20mA

The upper and lower limits are normally open nodes. Users can set alarm points by themselves.


2. Detector

(1) Insertion depth selection: furnace wall thickness +300mm (the detector lengths were available (400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm) (2) selection of smoke point temperature (panel) : smoke temperature 700℃, SK standard detector was selected; Smoke temperature ≥700℃, choose TX high temperature detector

1. Working principle of zirconia analyzer


The fully stabilized zirconia ceramic is a kind of solid dielectric, which has ionic conduction property at a certain temperature. It is the key component of the measuring device to convert the oxygen concentration of flue gas into electrical signal. At a certain temperature, when the oxygen concentration is different on both sides of the zirconia tube, an oxygen concentration difference potential will be generated on both sides of the zirconia tube. The two leads on the zirconia tube will send the oxygen concentration difference potential to the secondary instrument for processing calculation and display the oxygen concentration.


2. Main components of zirconia analyzer


Dust filter, zirconia tube element (zirconia solid electrolyte), protective tube, thermocouple, heating furnace, standard gas to gas pipe, junction box and other main components.


3. Basic conditions for normal operation


1, zirconia components need to be heated to 700℃ and maintain a constant temperature of 700℃.


2. The flue gas temperature at the installation point of the zirconia analyzer should be lower than 700℃.


3. The output voltage of the analyzer should match the resistance value of the heating furnace wire. (can heat the electric furnace to 700℃)


4. Instructions for ordering


※ Before ordering, ask customers about zirconia industry, use and whether there are special requirements for zirconia. Industry: 1, conventional power plant 2, sulfuric acid plant chemical plant 3, urban waste incineration power plant (burning garbage, straw, etc.).
