Description
The basic principle of working magnetic flap liquid level gauge:
The magnetic flap level gauge works according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the float in the main tube of the liquid level gauge of the magnetic flip plate also rises and falls, and the long-term magnetic steel in the float is transferred to the field indicator through magnetic coupling, which drives the red and white flip column to turn over 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flip column turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column turns from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level of the medium in the container, so as to realize the indication of the liquid level. Can also be installed on the body tube magnetic technology, switch or remote transmitter, output switching signal or analog signal. Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance and other occasions, can be displayed on the spot and remote control.
The magnetic flap level gauge has the direct reading feature of local display. Multiple sets of level gauges are not required. It has the advantages of single full range measurement, less open hole, clear display, eye-catching mark and intuitive reading.

1. Installation mode: side loading type and top loading type
2, measurement media: such as water, oil, other chemical solvents and liquid raw materials
3, material requirements: such as 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, stainless steel lined with tetrafluor. PP, PVC (if the user is not clear, after providing relevant parameters, our technical staff can help select)
4, measuring the temperature of the medium: the different temperature determines the different choice of float and display panel material type. When the temperature is too low in winter, it is necessary to install potential heat or steam jacket for insulation. The medium temperature can be measured by the liquid level meter -20℃~500℃.
5, working pressure: the size of the pressure determines the thickness of the leading pipe and welding and other processing technology is different. The liquid level meter can measure the medium z.u high pressure up to 10MPa.
6. Connection mode: Top mounted magnetic flap level gauge series products generally use the connection flange of DN80 or DN100. There are three connection modes for side mounted magnetic flap level gauge: flange connection (such as DN25), clamp connection and thread connection.
7, measuring range: 1. Side mounted because it is connected with the vessel to be measured through the upper and lower two catheters, so its measuring range is the distance between the center of the two catheters, referred to as the center distance.
2. The top-mounted type is inserted into the container from the top, so its measuring range is the distance to be measured between the top and the bottom of the container.
