I. Product Overview:


LL series waist wheel flowmeter is a kind of positive displacement flow measuring instrument, the measuring part is made of stainless steel material, with strong anticorrosive performance, can be used for water containing corrosive crude oil or other corrosive media flow measurement. The flowmeter can display the accumulated flow on site and is equipped with a remote transmission interface, and can be equipped with a photoelectric converter to output electrical pulse signal or analog signal. It is compatible with the flow integrator, and can be measured, displayed and controlled remotely.


The structure is characterized as follows: there is a measuring chamber in the shell of the flowmeter, and one or two pairs of waist wheels can be tangentially rotated in the measuring chamber. A pair of transmission gears are coaxial with the two search wheels on the outside of the flowmeter housing, and they mesh to enable the two waist wheels to interact with each other.


It can accumulate the flow on site, and is equipped with a far transmission out interface. It can also be equipped with photoelectric converter to output pulse signal or analog signal, which can be matched with the flow integrator for remote measurement display and control.


LL series waist wheel flowmeter is mainly composed of measuring chamber, sealing coupling and counter three parts. The accumulated flow and instantaneous flow can be indicated on the spot. With the sender and flow intelligent controller, remote measurement and control can be realized. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, transportation, food processing, medicine, national defense, commercial trade and other departments of petroleum and petroleum products, chemical solutions and other fluids accurate measurement.


Ii. Working principle:


LL series waist wheel flowmeter is when the measured liquid flows through the measuring chamber, the pressure difference is formed at the inlet and outlet of the flowmeter, and the waist wheel rotates under the pressure difference. At the same time, a pair of driving gears fixed on the waist wheel shaft make the two waist wheels keep continuous rotation. With the rotation of the waist wheel, the liquid is continuously discharged from the flowmeter through the measuring chamber. The amount of liquid flowing through each pair is four times the volume of the measuring chamber, through the sealing coupling, decelerating mechanism, the number of rotations decelerated to the counter, the counter indicates the instantaneous flow of liquid and cumulative flow. The waist wheel with the transmitter is installed in the counter mechanism. With display instrument or microcomputer system, it can realize remote transmission (quantitative, cumulative, instantaneous and other functions) automatic measurement and control. Iii. Application Measurement:


LL type, can be used for pure crude oil, heavy oil and other high viscosity liquid flow measurement;


LL-D anti-sand type can be used for the flow measurement of high viscosity fluids such as sandy crude oil and heavy oil.


LL-F stainless steel flowmeter and the part of the medium contact with stainless steel material processing manufacturing, has strong anti-corrosion performance, can be used for corrosive liquid flow measurement, especially suitable for chemical industry;


LY-C light oil type is especially suitable for light oil, diesel and other low viscosity fluid flow measurement.


Four, the main characteristics:


1, the measurement accuracy is high, the basic error can generally be up to plus or minus 0.2% to plus or minus 0.5%, special requirements can be up to plus or minus 0.1%, the characteristics of the flow meter is generally not affected by the flow state, also not restricted by the size of the Reynolds number.

3, the measurement range is wide, typical flow range is 5:1 to 10:1

6. Large diameter flowmeter adopts rotor form to reduce noise and vibration of flowmeter operation.

Vi. Installation and Use:


1, the filter should be installed before the flow meter, and the arrow on the table body is consistent with the flow direction.


2. When the measured liquid contains gas, a gas separator should be installed before the flow meter.


3. Regardless of whether the pipeline is installed vertically or horizontally, the waist wheel shaft of the flowmeter is installed in a horizontal position (that is, the dial should be perpendicular to the ground).


4, the flow meter in the correct installation, if it is not easy to see the reading, the counter can be rotated 180 degrees or 90 degrees.


5, the throttle valve should be installed at the inlet of the flow meter, the opening and closing valve is installed at the outlet, the use of the opening and closing valve to start slowly, do not suddenly open the valve.


6. It is strictly prohibited to use sweeping steam through the flowmeter.


7, in the continuous use of the department, the flowmeter needs to add bypass pipeline.


8, before the installation of the flow meter, the pipe needs to be washed. When washing, the straight pipe section (instead of the flowmeter position) is used to prevent welding slag and debris from entering the flowmeter.


9. It is strictly prohibited to check the flowmeter composed of cast iron and cast steel with water.


10. The flow rate of the flowmeter in use shall not exceed the technical requirements. The flowmeter works normally at the maximum flow rate of 70~80%.


11. If the liquid to be measured has chemical corrosion, the meter of stainless steel should be selected. If the corrosion is strong, the meter of 0Crl8Ni12MO2Ti material should be selected.
