Reasons and countermeasures for inaccurate measurement of vortex flowmeter
In the measurement of steam, liquid, gas metering, the use of z.u meter is vortex flowmeter, it is not only easy to install, high measurement accuracy is one of its characteristics.
Vortex flowmeter as a flowmeter, its advantages are many, but in the process of operation, it will inevitably have a variety of failures, among which the most common is that the measurement of vortex flowmeter is inaccurate. So why are the vortex flowmeter's measurements inaccurate?
First of all, the inaccurate measurement of vortex flowmeter is probably caused by not doing a good job of vortex flowmeter selection. Generally speaking, the diameters and flow ranges of different vortex flowmeters will affect the measurement results of vortex flowmeters, as shown in Figure 1. Therefore, when we choose the vortex flowmeter, we must choose according to the accurate parameters, so that we can choose the vortex flowmeter of the right caliber. If the vortex flowmeter does not match, we can use the reducer to solve the problem.
Secondly, the inaccurate measurement of vortex flowmeter may be caused by the fluctuation of flow rate in the process of measurement. If such a situation is to be avoided, it is necessary to ensure that the front and rear straight pipe sections of the vortex flowmeter are matched when installing the vortex flowmeter, so as to ensure the measuring stability of the vortex flowmeter.
After z.u, the inaccurate measurement results of vortex flowmeter may also be due to the problem of parameter setting direction. Because of the parameter problems, the calculation of secondary surface full degree of vortex flowmeter is wrong.
Countermeasures, when the parameter problems, the actual full frequency will fail, the measurement results will be inaccurate. Therefore, before using the vortex flowmeter, we must set the parameters and adjust the direction accurately, so that there will be no failure.
