Description
I. Product Overview:
LDE series electromagnetic flowmeter is a kind of induction instrument to measure the volume flow of conducting medium in the tube according to Faraday's electromagnetic induction law. It adopts SCM embedded technology to realize digital excitation. At the same time, CAN field bus is used in the electromagnetic flowmeter, and the technology has reached a higher level in China. At the same time to meet the field display, but also can output 4 ~ 20mA current signal for recording, regulation and control, the meter can measure in addition to the general conductive liquid flow, but also can measure the liquid solid two-phase flow, high viscosity liquid flow and salt, strong acid, strong alkali liquid volume flow.
The integrated electromagnetic field uses constant current and low frequency three-value rectangular wave or double-frequency rectangular wave excitation, which has the advantages of rectangular wave magnetic field and overcomes the disadvantages of sine-wave magnetic field. The error caused by power supply voltage fluctuation, power supply frequency change and excitation coil impedance change can also be eliminated. And has excellent zero stability and is not affected by fluid noise interference. Thus, it has the characteristics of high stability and high reliability. The electromagnetic flowmeter is composed of a sensor and a transducer. The sensor is installed on the measuring pipe. The transducer can be combined with the sensor and connected together.
Split electromagnetic adopts split design, easy maintenance, increase the service life of the electromagnetic flowmeter. Wall-mounted flow converter, effective protection sensor conversion circuit, conducive to anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, waterproof. Product wiring is simple, convenient installation. The split electromagnetic consists of a sensor and a transducer mounted on a measuring pipe. The transducer is installed within 30 meters or 100 meters from the sensor, and the two are connected by a shielded cable to measure the volume flow of a conducting liquid. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core and yoke shell. It is mainly used to measure the volume flow of conducting liquid and slurry in closed pipe.
Ii. Working principle:
According to Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle, a pair of detection electrodes are installed on the tube wall perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube and the line of magnetic force. When the conducting liquid moves along the axis of the measuring tube, the conducting liquid cuts the line of magnetic force to generate the induced potential, which is detected by the two detection electrodes. The value is directly proportional to the flow rate, and its value is: E=KBVD formula:
E-induced potential;
K- coefficient related to magnetic field distribution and axial length;

V- average velocity of conducting liquid;

The sensor takes the induced potential E as the flow signal and transmits it to the converter. After a series of digital processing through amplification, transformation and filtering, the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow are displayed by dot matrix LCD with backlight. Converter has 4 ~ 20mA output, alarm output and frequency output, and is equipped with RS-485 communication interface, and support HART and MODBUS protocol.
Three, application:
LDE series electromagnetic flowmeters are mainly used to measure the volume flow of conducting liquid and slurry in closed pipes. Such as water, sewage, mud, pulp, all kinds of acid, alkali, salt solution, food slurry, etc., widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industries, municipal management, water conservancy construction and other fields.
Iv. Structure Form:
1. Sensor:
The sensor is mainly composed of measuring conduit, measuring electrode, excitation coil, iron core, magnetic yoke and shell.
a. Measuring catheter: composed of stainless steel catheter, lining and connecting flange, it is the carrier for measuring the field condition of the measured liquid.
b. Measuring electrode: a pair of electrodes installed on the inner side wall of the measuring catheter and perpendicular to the direction of axial flow to generate signals from the measuring liquid.
c. Excitation coil: the upper and lower excitation coils that generate a magnetic field in the measuring catheter.
d, iron core and magnetic yoke: introduce the magnetic field generated by the excitation coil into the liquid, and form a magnetic loop.
e. Shell: outer packing of instrument.
2. Converter:
That is, the intelligent secondary table, the flow signal will be amplified and processed by the single chip computer calculation, can display the flow, the cumulative amount, and can output pulse, analog current and other signals, used for fluid flow measurement or control.
3. Form of product assembly:
It can be divided into two forms, one body type and one body type.
a, one type: sensor and converter integrated installation.
b. Sub-type: sensor and converter are separated and installed, and flow metering system is formed by connecting cables.
c, in order to adapt to the requirements of different media measurement, the sensor lining and electrode materials can have a variety of choices.
