Method of use for electric contact pressure gauges

Electric contact pressure gauge is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, machinery and other industries or electromechanical equipment supporting, measuring a variety of fluid medium without explosion risk pressure.


The instrument can realize the automatic control and alarm of the measured (controlled) pressure system by matching with related electrical equipment (such as relays, frequency converters, etc.).


The current of the electric contact pressure gauge should not exceed 3a(ampere), otherwise it may cause an accident.


Pressure gauge should be perpendicular to the equipment, transfer and equipment operation should prevent bumping and vibration.


Electric contact pressure gauge is suitable for the ambient temperature of -40 ℃~+70 ℃ seismic pressure gauge models, humidity is not greater than 85%, and vibration or the measured medium violent pulsation, no impact on the solid contact and accurate reading.


The electrical line of the electric contact pressure gauge shall be carefully checked after setting the price list of the electric contact pressure gauge and wiring, and then run the test.


When adjusting a given voltage, the contactor must be tightened with a single slot screw.


Contact pressure gauges can be used up to 3/4 of the upper limit for measuring static load and 2/3 of the upper limit for measuring gauge manufacturer's alternating load. The upper limit can be used for measuring in a flash.


When measuring the medium with larger viscosity and violent rocking pressure, isolation device and buffer device should be added.


Pressure gauge should be checked frequently (every three months)


Electric contact pressure gauge in the process of use should always adhere to its clean, proper maintenance.


Under normal circumstances, the instrument can realize automatic control and signal (alarm) of the pressure system under test (control) by matching with the corresponding electrical equipment (such as relays, contacters, etc.) (contact forms include upper and lower limit type, double upper limit type, double lower limit type, etc.).


Liquid materials such as copper or stainless steel, users can choose according to the actual use. Suitable for pressure measurement in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, food and other industries.
