Description
Precision pressure gauge is mainly used to check ordinary industrial pressure gauge. Precision pressure gauge can also accurately measure the pressure of non-corrosive, non-crystalline and non-solidifying media of copper alloy and alloy structural steel at the process site.
Precision pressure gauges are provided with mirror ring (type A and type B) under the scale line for clearer and more accurate reading in use.
Structure principle: Precision pressure gauge is composed of pressure measuring system, transmission mechanism, indicating device and housing. The pressure measuring elastic element of precision pressure gauge is treated by special technology, so that the performance of precision pressure gauge is stable and reliable. After debugging with the high-precision transmission mechanism, it can ensure the accurate indicating precision. The working principle of precision pressure gauge is: when the pressure of the measured medium acts on the elastic element, the elastic deformation - displacement is generated, and the driving mechanism is amplified by the pull rod. The measuring pressure is indicated by the indicating device.

Ambient conditions for precision pressure gauges: 5-40 ° C, relative humidity not greater than 80%, and ambient vibration and pressure source fluctuations do not affect the accurate reading of the instrument. Precision pressure gauge temperature impact: If the ambient temperature deviates from 20±3℃ (type A) or 20±2℃ (type B), the temperature additional error of 0.4%/10℃ shall be considered.
