TLC2: working temperature 1250°C, wear resistance is lower than TLC1 type, compared with ceramic tube thermal shock resistance, high temperature thermal strength, working pressure (16MPa, especially suitable for 1250°C grade S thermocouple protection tube.


TLC3: Improved by TLC2, in addition to the characteristics of TLC2, has a special improvement in wear resistance, much higher than TLC1, under the same working condition, can increase the life twice. Operating temperature: 1300°C.


TLC4 type: from TLC1 type must be developed, in addition to the characteristics of TLC1 type, in the wear resistance has a special improvement, much higher than TLC1 type, in the same working condition, can improve the life of three times, working temperature 1100°C. The service life of the protective tube for measuring temperature at the inlet and outlet of the ball mill can reach 36 months.
