Hot sleeve thermocouple or thermal resistance is mainly used to measure the steam temperature of boiler or pipe. In order to resist the steam impact of high temperature, high pressure and high velocity, the installation and insertion depth of about 100mm is used. In order to avoid the temperature measurement error caused by the insufficient insertion depth, the overall processing protection tube with three edges, simple hot sleeve and main equipment combination welding method are used. The gap between the area of three edges and the hole in the hot sleeve is used to make the hot sleeve full of high temperature hot medium. The insertion depth is increased equivalent.
