Furnace wall thermocouple is the diameter of Φ4 or Φ5 armored thermocouple original as the temperature probe, measuring end with screws, hoop or welding (using the original thermal resistance should not be welded) and other ways to measure the temperature probe and the surface of the thermal conductive plate tightly together, the other side of the thermal conductive plate has the same curved surface as the measured surface, The temperature of the furnace wall or tube wall can be measured when the heat conduction plate is welded or the clamp is tightly attached to the furnace wall under test. Furnace wall thermocouple is suitable for measuring temperature of furnace wall, tube wall and other cylindrical surface of power plant boiler.
