Assemble the thermocouple
Description
Product characteristics
Our factory mainly produces thermocouple, thermal resistance and other primary instrumentation, production of prefabricated thermocouple using international IEC standards. At the same time, the thermocouple series and spectrum designed by the Ministry of Mechanical and Electronic Industry are adopted.
Prefabricated thermocouples for industrial use as temperature transmitters are usually used in combination with display meters, recording meters and electronic regulators. It can directly measure the surface temperatures of liquids, vapors and gaseous media as well as solids in a variety of production processes from 0℃ to 1800℃.
According to national regulations, our company produces prefabricated thermocouples in line with IEC international standard classification number of platinum-rhodium 30-platinum-rhodium 6, platinum-rhodium 10-platinum, nichme-nichsilicon, nichme-copper and so on. The thermocouple usually consists of a temperature sensing element, a mounting fixture and a junction box.
Optional model
B, S, K, E
Main technical parameters
Measuring range and basic error limit
Class of thermocouple | Code name | Dividing sign | Measuring range | Basic error limit |
Nichrome - copper | WRK | E | 0-800 ℃ | Plus or minus 0.75% t |
Nichrome - nichrome silicon | WRN | K | 0-1300 ℃ | Plus or minus 0.75% t |
Platinum-rhodium 13-platinum | WRB | R | 0-1600 ℃ | Plus or minus 0.25% t |
Platinum-rhodium 10-platinum | WRP | S | 0-1600 ℃ | Plus or minus 0.25% t |
Platinum-rhodium 30-platinum-rhodium 6 | WRR | B | 0-1800 ℃ | Plus or minus 0.25% t |
Note: t is the measured temperature of the temperature sensing element (℃)
Thermocouple time constant
Thermal inertness class | Time constant (seconds) | Thermal inertness class | Time constant (seconds) |
Ⅰ | 90-180. | Ⅲ | 10 to 30 |
Ⅱ | 30-90. | Ⅳ | < 10 |
◆ Thermocouple nominal pressure: generally refers to the static external pressure that the protection tube can withstand at the working temperature and break. Insulation resistance: when the ambient air temperature is 15-35℃, relative humidity is less than 80%, insulation resistance is not less than 5 megaohm (voltage 100V). The insulation resistance at high temperature: the insulation resistance between the thermocouple (including the double electrode) and the protective tube and the double thermal electrode (measured per meter) should be greater than the value specified in the following table when the relative temperature is 93± 3℃.
Specified long service temperature (℃) | Test temperature (℃) | Insulation resistance value (Ω) |
P 600 | 600 | 72000 |
≥ 800 | 800 | 25000 |
P 1000 | 1000 | 5000 |
