Structural features:

1. The shell is cast with resin sand, X-ray flaw detection and surface magnetic particle flaw detection, and the inner quality of the casting is good;

2. The sealing surface of valve seat and gate adopts plasma spray welding machine to automatically surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy. The sealing surface has uniform hardness and HRC40-45 can be used under high temperature and high pressure conditions below 650℃, with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life.

3, elastic single ram, elastic double ram design, to meet the requirements of different working conditions;

4, stem surface hardening and corrosion resistance treatment, easy operation, packing box seal reliable;

5, corrosion inhibition packing, special conditions using composite packing, to ensure no leakage;

6, can be matched with a variety of domestic and imported electrical equipment, to meet the DCS control requirements.
