Flexible cables are different from fixed cables. During installation, refer to the following installation and precautions:
1. The laying of the tow chain cable should not be twisted, that is, the cable should not be unwrapped from a certain end of the cable reel or cable reel. Instead, the cable should be unrolled by rotating the reel or cable reel first, and the cable can be unrolled or suspended if necessary. The cable for this occasion can only be obtained directly from the cable reel
2. Note the small bend radius of the cable. (Information can be found in the selection table)
3. The cables shall be loosely laid side-by-side in the tow chain, arranged separately as far as possible, separated by diaphragms or pierced into the separation hole of the bracket neutral, and the gap between the cables in the tow chain shall be at least 10% of the cable diameter
4. Cables in the tow chain must not touch or get stuck together.
5. Both points of the cable shall be fixed, or at least at the moving end of the tow chain. Generally, the distance between the moving point of the cable and the end of the tow chain should be 20-30 times the diameter of the cable.
6. Ensure that the cable is completely moved within the bending radius, that is, it cannot be forced to move. So that the cables can move relative to each other or to the guide device. After a period of operation, z.u to check the position of the cable. This inspection shall be performed after the push-pull movement.
7. If the tow chain is broken, its cable needs to be replaced, as damage caused by overstretching is unavoidable.
Advantages of flexible cable
When meeting the same electrical requirements, the flexible cable has smaller outer diameter and lighter dead weight than other similar cables. Flexible cable bending performance is very good, z.u small bending radius can reach 5 times the cable diameter.
