KC compensating conductor
Description
Intrinsical safety explosion-proof temperature measuring system with compensation wire or cable using low capacitance, low inductance material structure, with explosion-proof safety performance, suitable for dangerous environment for explosion-proof thermocouple cold short and explosion-proof thermometer table connection, the formation of a thermocouple temperature measuring system.

1. Conductor maximum operating temperature: heat resistance grade: poly (perfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46)200℃
Soluble PTFE 260℃
Silicone rubber 180℃
Common grade: PVC 70℃ and 105℃, crosslinked polyethylene 90℃
Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin 70℃, crosslinked type 90℃ and 125℃
2. Low ambient temperature: PVC sheath: -40℃ for fixed dressing, -15℃ for non-fixed dressing
Fluorine plastic insulation and sheathing: fixed laying -60℃, non-fixed laying -20℃
3. Allowable bending radius of cable: the minimum diameter of non-armored cable is 6 times
Copper tape shield or steel tape armor decorative cable is at least 12 times the cable diameter
Fluoroplastic insulation and sheathing should be at least 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
