The compensation cable for thermocouple of intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature measuring system is a cable composed of multiple pairs of intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature measuring system with compensation wires. Besides the performance of other compensation cables, it also has explosion-proof safety performance. It is suitable for the environment with explosion risk and the occasion of high explosion-proof safety performance. The cold end of the extended explosion-proof thermocouple and the explosion-proof thermometer are connected to form the intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature measuring system.

1, the use of temperature: heat resistance grade: 180℃ ordinary grade: 70℃ and 105℃;

2. * Low ambient temperature:

Fluorine plastic insulation flame retardant PVC sheath:

Fixed laying: -40℃, non-fixed laying: -15℃;

Fluorine plastic insulation silicone rubber sheath:

Fixed laying: -60℃, non-fixed laying -20℃;

3, cable installation and laying temperature: flame retardant PVC sheath is not less than 0℃, silicone rubber sheath is not less than -25℃;

4. Allowable bending radius: copper tape shielded winding cable should not be less than 12 times of cable diameter, and other cables should not be less than 6 times of cable diameter.
