Maintenance and use of magnetic flap level gauge
Magnetic flap liquid level gauge is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, construction, food and other industries in the production process of liquid level measurement and control. The product is developed according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge body tube also rises and falls, and the magnetic steel in the float is transferred to the magnetic tilting column indicator through magnetic coupling, which drives the red and white tilting columns to turn over 180°. When the liquid level rises, the tilting column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the tilting column changes from red to white. The red and white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, so as to achieve a clear indication of the liquid level.
Maintenance and use of magnetic flap level gauge:
1. The liquid level gauge shall be installed vertically to ensure that the float assembly can move freely up and down in the main pipe.
2, the main body of the level meter is not allowed to have a magnetic near, otherwise it will directly affect the work of the level meter.
3. After the liquid level meter is installed, it is necessary to correct the tilting column with magnetic steel so that the following zero is displayed in red and the above zero is displayed in white.
4. When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the lower primer pipe should be opened first to let the liquid medium enter the main pipe smoothly, so as to avoid the rapid rise of the liquid medium with the floating ball component, which causes the turning column failure and disorderly turning. If this phenomenon occurs after the liquid level is stable, magnetic steel can be re-corrected.
5. In order to avoid damage to the float assembly during transportation, take the float assembly out of the main pipe of the liquid level gauge before leaving the factory. After the installation of the liquid level gauge, open the drain flange at the bottom, and then reinstall the float assembly into the main pipe. If the floating ball assembly has been installed in the main pipe when leaving the factory, in order to ensure that the floating ball assembly is not damaged during transportation, we use a soft card to fix the floating ball assembly in the main pipe, as long as the soft card can be pulled out during installation.
6. According to the medium situation, the sewage flange can be opened regularly to clean the precipitation material of the main pipe.
