ZR-DJYPVP flame-retardant computer cable
Description
This product is suitable for rated AC voltage 300/500V or DC 1000V and below the signal transmission of electronic computer network and automatic control system, anti-interference performance requirements of high detection devices and instruments connection.
Note: We can produce (ZR) flame retardant, (IA) safety and high temperature resistant computer cables according to customer requirements.
ZR-DJYPVP polyethylene J-edge pair stranded copper tape total shielding polyvinyl chloride sheathed soft computer cable
ZR-DJYPVP computer cable expression method: (1 ~ 37) ×2× (0.5 ~ 2.5㎜?) ; (1 ~ 24) ×3× (0.5 ~ 2.5㎜?)
Product structure:
1) Number of nominal pairs (groups) : 1-37 pairs (groups);
2) Conductor: annealed soft round copper wire, nominal section of 0.50, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5mm? ;
3) J-edge material: high-density polyethylene;
4) Shielding: copper strip shielding;
5) Sheath: black polyvinyl chloride;
6) Identification and length marking: cable external sexual identification marking, marking interval is no more than 1m, marking contents include: conductor nominal section, number of wire pairs, cable model, manufacturer M code and manufacturing year, length marking with interval no more than 1m marked on the external surface.
Working conditions: indoor laying, cable trench, pipeline and other electrostatic shielding occasions.
Electrical performance:
1) J-edge resistance should not be less than 2500MΩ? After 1min of stable charging with DC 500V voltage test at 20℃. Km;
2) There should be continuous routes between each pair of stranded shield and between the pair of stranded shield and the total shield;
3) Between the cable core and the core as well as between the shield should be subjected to 50HZ AC 2000V voltage test for 5 minutes without breakdown.
Usage characteristics:
1) The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable conductor should not exceed 70℃, and the cable should be prevented from high temperature DC radiation or contact during use;
2) Cable laying temperature shall not be lower than: 0℃;
3) The ambient temperature during cable use shall not be lower than: -40℃ for fixed laying and -15℃ for non-fixed laying;
4) Allowable bending radius of cable laying and installation: non-armored cable shall not be less than 6 times of cable diameter; Armored or shielded cable structure shall not be less than 12 times of the cable diameter; The shielded flexible cable should be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
