This product is suitable for rated AC voltage 0.6/1KV and below for fixed laying of transmission and distribution lines, power transmission or motor wiring, with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, corrosive gas, waterproof and other characteristics, high temperature environment electrical performance stability, large load, long service life, widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, large construction, automobile manufacturing and other industries.

1. Rated AC voltage: U0/U 0.6/1KV

2. Fluorine plastic high temperature resistant cable high operating temperature: poly perfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) J edge does not exceed 200℃

Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) J edge does not exceed 260℃

3. Low ambient temperature: fluorine plastic J edge and sheath

Fixed laying -40℃, non-fixed laying -15℃

4. The cable installation and laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃ (fluorine plastic, silicone rubber and nitrile sheathed cable should not be lower than -25℃).

5. Allowable bending radius: The minimum bending radius of a single-core cable is 15 times the outer diameter of the cable

The minimum size of a multi-core cable is 10 times the outer diameter of the cable

Six: main technical indicators

1. Dc resistance of finished cable conductor (conforming to GB3956) refer to Table 1 in Appendix A.

J-edge resistance at 2.20 ℃ shall be no less than 500MΩ/KM, and J-edge resistance at 180℃ shall be no less than 10MΩ/KM

3. The finished cable is not broken down by AC 50HZ3.5KV/5min voltage test.
